Community Use of Facilities
Costs and Fees
ADULT LEAGUES – OUTSIDE FIELDS
Adult leagues for baseball, softball, lacrosse and soccer will be charged a field usage fee of $50 per hour per field. An additional building usage fee of $50 per hour per site will be charged for any building use. Additional cost would be imposed for any damage cause by the organization.
YOUTH LEAGUES – OUTSIDE FIELDS
Youth leagues for all children sponsored athletics programs (SYSL, SYAG SAC. Etc) will be charged for field use at the rate of $3.00 per hour per field. Cost would only be imposed for any damages caused by the organization or for any special requirement request by the organization.
SPECIAL EVENT FEES
The fee will be determined when the application is submitted.
Factors to determine fee will be:
1. Cost to the district, custodial and maintenance.
2. Security personnel
3. Fee for space (gym cafeteria, auditorium)
4. Setup and breakdown
All fees for special events must be paid in advance of event/activities.
District Building and Field Usage
Community organizations that utilize Sachem Central School District buildings and fields will be charged $3.00 per hour. You will also be charged the following fees for weekend usage:
1. $52.00 clean up charge (per area)
2. $18.61 per hour for Security
A $175 fee for Saturday and Holidays will be charged based on 4 hours of pool use.
Swim meets are charged according to Custodial and Security overtime.
