Sachem North Cosmetology is so excited to announce our first ever raffle giveaway.  During most lunch periods throughout the day, our talented cosmetology seniors will be performing demonstrations of some of the things they have learned while practicing cosmetology.  If you think you may be interested in the Cosmetology Program, grab a free raffle ticket from them during your lunch period while they are there and be entered to win a gift certificate for services on Salon Day, which is held every Friday.  The winners will be announced at the end of each lunch period.  At the end of the week, anyone who entered the raffle will then win a chance at our special prize giveaway.

Sachem North Cosmetology Salon is open every Friday. Call for an appointment or come to Room G106 between 10:45 a.m. and 1p.m. for the salon service of your choice. We’re looking forward to serving you.

The Tutoring Center, which is located inside the Library, is open every day.  Any student who needs help with their Math, Science, English or History classes is encouraged to visit the Tutoring Center during their lunch period.  A student from the National Honor Society will be there to assist you.  You must go to lunch first and ask the lunch duty teacher for a tutoring center pass, since space is limited.

Do you like learning more about your classmates and teachers?  Do you enjoy Instagram?  Then please give HumansOFSNHS a follow and start learning more about the people inside these halls.  The Peer Education and Student Leadership classes have the Instagram page up and running with over 200 posts so far.  Give us a follow, throw us a like, but more importantly, learn about others before judging them.  We all have a story to tell one student at a time.  If you’d like to be featured on the page, please stop in to Room D217 throughout the day and be photo ready!  We all matter!  Let’s always strive to treat each other with kindness and respect.

The library will be closed today 9th period. Sorry for any inconvenience.
